Return and Refund Policy

At Nina Desk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, here’s how our return and refund process works:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition (including packaging).
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within  7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your return request and guide you through the return process.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the item back to us at the designated address we provide.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. As our payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund you the amount in cash at the time of pick-up of the returned product.

Please note that refunds may take  5-7 business days to process. You will be contacted regarding the status of your refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Products that have been used or opened.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours). We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
